Staff and Leadership

Please find below an introduction to our church leaders and staff members.

David began full time ministry as Assistant Pastor at Hertford Baptist in September 2009 having finished theological training at Moorlands College. Prior to this training David worked in the city of London in the printing industry  over a period of nearly 5 years.

David has been serving at Beulah  Baptist Church as Associate Pastor from 2014 to 2018, alongside  senior pastor, Graham Holliday who retired from the ministry at Easter, 2018.  During this time, together with Graham, various initiatives (inside and outside the church)  were the outcome of a fruitful and meaningful relationship.

David is married to Caroline who also worked in the city of London. Caroline is an amazing wife and Mum who loves God and is involved in the life of the church as well as the local community.  David and Caroline have been married for 14 years, having met when they were both 17 years old. They started life together in Eltham, South East London and now have 3 young daughters, Niah, Katelyn and Alana. As a family they love to explore things together and eat good food!

  Elders & Deacons

Karline began her future ministry as the Beulah Family Worker in April 2020, after being a teacher for twenty years.  She graduated from Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education in 2000 and has taught in London, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth and Bexhill.  She is currently following a training course with Spurgeon College.
Karline passionately believes that God was preparing her all along for this current position.  God led them to Bexhill and more specifically to Beulah to be an active part of this church family and be willing vessels for God’s love in their spiritual home.  She feels it is her honour and privilege to serve God through Beulah and the wider community.
Karline has been married for 16 years to Braam, who is part of the worship team.  He joins her in being an active part of our church family.  They have 3 sons, Chris, Braam and Harry and they enjoy taking long walks, swimming in the sea and having BBQs.
Beulah is also served by a team of elected Elders and Deacons who take special responsibility for specific areas of church life.
